2. Extract the the content of the archive wifi-obd2-dr.-hybrid/dr.-prius-unlimited-license-3.1.apk.zip and install the APK as a normal APP
3. Don't start the APP
4. Copy the content of wifi-obd2-dr.-hybrid/dr.-prius-unlimited-license-3.1.obb.zip in the folder "Internal memory" > "Android" > "obb"
5. Open the app
